Online reputation: Almeida Junior is case of the Tech SC with the Reviewr

A little over two years ago, Almeida Junior initiated a job with Reviewr – company specialized in online assessments – with a pilot project at the Continente Shopping which caused this mall to be the better rated among the competitors in the region of Grande Florianópolis. Nowadays, the six malls of the network are served by the startup for monitoring of platforms such as TripAdvisor, Foursquare, Google, among others. Last Sunday, the 15th, both companies were cases in the show called Tech SC, aired by NSC TV – affiliated of Rede Globo, in Santa Catarina.

Reviewr is the first reviews management startup in Brazil that aggregates all these evaluations in a single panel, thus simplifying the management of the volume of information. Besides, the software analyzes the data and provides competitive intelligence to the establishments, such as most frequent words, feeling analysis and scores in each site of evaluation.

“We initiated a new cycle in our malls with the Reviewr in which we can hear more from our customers through the several platforms, while interacting with them in a personalized and individual manner, thus directing our efforts to provide them with an incredible experience. Moreover, the service is fast through the platform”, says Rafael Fiedler, corporate and digital marketing director at Almeida Junior.

Balneário Shopping Mall receives IMPAR Award

Balneário Shopping  Mall was the most remembered mall in the shopping center category in the Foz do Itajaí region and received the IMPAR Award (Preference Brands Index and Regional Affinity), awarded by NDTV. Held in partnership with IBOPE Inteligência, IMPAR points out the most remembered and preferred brands by consumers in the state.

The mall is recognized in Santa Catarina and nationally for its differentiated mix with important national and international brands. “We work strategically to deliver the best experience to our consumers and have the public recognition is always our greatest achievement,” says the mall’s superintendent, Elizângela Cardoso.

In addition to showing the brands indicated by regions of Santa Catarina, IMPAR 2019 also points out the preferred by consumers at the state level, where about 40 segments, including commerce, industry and services, were included in the research. The winners in each segment are disclosed in the IMPAR Yearbook, which contains the complete survey data.

The La Brasa franchise chain brings novelties in the gastronomy sector. The famous Pizza Hut will arrive in full force as it is considered the largest pizza chain in the world. In the beauty and cosmetics sector, Avatim has gained space by presenting the inspirations in Brazilian biodiversity. Still in this segment, Botoclinic – which is the first aesthetic company specializing in the application of botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid fillers – will enrich and enhance the details of each person.

For those who enjoy cigars, tobaccos, and pipes, Tabacaria Estoril is a space that is already standing out for the variety of items offered. Bagaggio arrives to complete the mix and provide an even wider range of travel products such as luggage, bags, briefcases, wallets, and accessories. Centauro, a reference brand in sporting goods, comes to expand the option with a complete line of products.

One of the first and best known lingerie brands in the country, Hope, will also make a difference at Nações. “Following the market news, where entrepreneurs seek new ways for their investments, Nações Shopping accelerates its commercialization of operations.
