We are already the largest shopping center company in the south of Brazil and hold 71% of the state’s market share, which makes us very proud and increases our responsibility towards our tenants, consumers, partners and customers. We dream and achieve high goals, and we will continue to do so with great passion to always achieve more.

Opening of Balneário Shopping, in Balneário Camboriú – SC
Consolidating its presence on the coast of Santa Catarina, Balneário Shopping is inaugurated, expanding Almeida Junior’s operations.

Opening of Shopping Santa Úrsula, in Ribeirão Preto – SP
Geographical expansion, Almeida Junior opens Shopping Santa Úrsula in Ribeirão Preto, consolidating its presence in the state of São Paulo.
