Executive Bruno Câmara is the new CCO of Almeida Junior. With 23 years of experience in the shopping center market, the Clearinghouse has worked at Ancar Ivanhoe for the past 15 years.
The invitation to command a commercial area of Almeida Junior is CEO of Jaimes Almeida Junior himself. “Almeida Junior has a very solid growth plan and the challenge marks a turning point in my professional career. I bring my experience to add to the consolidation of the company’s expansion project ”, says the new CCO.
Just like the traditional Black Friday is a great success in retail, Almeida Junior every year promotes the Black Days in their six enterprises in Santa Catarina. The idea is to organize a super sale where shopkeepers can offer discounts of up to 70% in products of the current season. This year, the promotions campaign shall be held from February 13 to 16.
Neumarkt and Norte Shopping, in Blumenau; Balneário Shopping, in Balneário Camboriú; Garten Shopping, in Joinville; Continente Shopping, in Grande Florianópolis; and the Nações Shopping, in Criciúma will offer the customers the opportunity to buy items from different segments, namely clothing, footwear, household items, books, beauty articles, electronics and even services, with super discounts.
The Black Days will be available in the stores and on the Almeida Junior app. With the innovative platform for the shopping centers sector, the SHOPPromo, customers can guarantee the most desired offers through the mobile phone. The tool integrates the promotions from the stores in both physical and virtual environments. Therefore, it is possible to select the favorite mall and choose the promotions that are registered in the app. After doing this, they only have to reserve the product and finalize the purchase at the physical store.
Rio de Janeiro, London and Las Vegas are some of the tourist cities in the world which became references for the Ferris wheels. Now, Joinville – at the North of Santa Catarina – will also offer this attraction to the public. The Garten Shopping brought this attraction as another option of entertainment for the families. It will be active until February 26.
It is 22 meters in height with 15 gondolas and capacity for four people each – with accessibility for individuals with special needs – for the delight of children and adults. Another innovation is that the Ferris wheel, like all the enterprises of Almeida Junior, can receive small and medium sized pets in the company of their humans.
Aiming the integration between the public and the digital world, those posting a selfie in the social networks while in front of the Ferris wheel and tagging @gartenshopping will have a discount on the ticket price.
