Neumarkt Shopping, the first of Almeida Junior chain, turns 26 this September and gifts the public with a concert by Paulo Miklos, former member of Titãs and one of the most remarkable voices of Brazilian music. The singer, songwriter and instrumentalist will present to the public songs of his most recent solo work, the album “A Gente Mora no Agora”, much praised by specialized critics. With a more intimate presentation, with only voice and guitar, Paulo intends to emphasize the quality of the compositions and tell some of his stories. The free concert will take place on September 26, at 8 P.M.
Located downtown in Blumenau, the mall opened in 1993 and started a true retail revolution in the region of Vale do Itajaí, one of the richest in Santa Catarina. It was the first venture in the region, bringing modernity, great anchor tenants and brands that did not exist in Blumenau until then.
Centauro chose Balneário Shopping to open its first G5 store – Generation 5 – in Santa Catarina. The store was reopened on the last 14th, bringing a new concept, focusing on increasingly personalized experiences and services.
With 1,000 m², Centauro G5 will act as a sports hub, hosting a number of initiatives alongside partner brands. The objective is to value the relationship with all clients and, especially, with the local population.
Bringing products, information and services together in one place, customers will be able to live unprecedented experiences through technologies that will surprise. Smart dressing rooms, connected treadmill experimentation, simulating running circuits, interactive displays and tablets that allow access to a multitude of items are some of the novelties to make the service even more exclusive and comfortable.
Centauro Differentials at Balneário Mall
Smart dressing rooms: in the new stores, the cabin allows the parts chosen by the customer to be identified and, through a screen, provides information about the products. With this, Centauro offers consumers the opportunity to request another size or even receive recommendations for similar articles without even leaving the dressing room.
Click and Withdraw: When purchasing a product from the site and choosing to withdraw it from the store, the customer receives an email with a locker code and number. It should be used to open the cabinet in which your purchase will be stored. This way, the consumer will quickly remove his/her product from the store, avoiding queues and saving time.
Shoe Experience: making the experimentation even more real, sneakers can be tasted on a mat connected to screens that simulate running circuits around the world, allowing customers to test footsteps and find the ideal model for their activity.
Bikes Experience: the differential is the personalized service to help Centauro consumers to identify the ideal bike according to their preferences and characteristics. This experience is divided into two phases: try the bikes in-store and then choose the ideal bike from an interactive screen.
Soccer and Supplement in Your Way: A large, soccer-focused interactive screen gives you the opportunity to listen to your favorite team’s anthems and cheers as you browse the shirt options. The same goes for supplements, which can be chosen according to your workout needs.
Express Order: Tablet totems allow access to a multitude of items, which can be ordered for home delivery or store pick-up.
Your Way: In one of the new store environments, Centauro now offers more customization options, in addition to the traditional printing of soccer shirts, now with the customization of soccer shoes.
Living Area: Centauro’s new stores act as an entertainment hub, hosting a series of events in conjunction with partner brands, as well as broadcasting live games, classes, workshops, enhancing the relationship with all customers and especially with the local community.
A privileged space for up to 800 people is making Almeida Junior’s Balneário Shopping a reference for premium events in Santa Catarina. After receiving successful authorial experiences from the mall itself as a way to test different graduates, BS Hall is now open to the event market in one of the fastest growing regions in the segment.
In 2018 alone, Balneario Camboriu Convention & Visitors Bureau recorded a total of 146 events in the city. The organization already has more than 114 confirmed events for 2019. “Having one more event space option is very positive, a sophisticated space that has what the event and business market is looking for today. We now have another important tool in our portfolio to capture events, making our destination even more complete and competitive,” says Adriana Both De Pin, executive director at BC Convention Bureau.
BS Hall adds complete support infrastructure and tasteful architecture, one of the most privileged addresses in the region. The space has a large main hall, 3 private spaces, reception, male and female changing rooms, service area, central air conditioning system, stock and accessibility, with adapted bathrooms, access ramps, and an exclusive elevator. The glass wall, with panoramic views of Avenida das Flores, and the projected lighting give an extra differential to the place.
Different possibilities
The free plan allows for endless possibilities for space organization and customization, whether for lectures, workshops, fashion shows, art exhibitions, thematic events, or corporate get-togethers. The space is famous for receiving big names in journalism and entertainment, with crowded audiences.
The talk show with journalist Gloria Maria, in March this year, filled the BS Hall in the edition of Elas Balneário 2019. The same thing happened in the talk about Social Network Etiquette with Globo’s Bruno Astuto; chatting with host Didi Wagner, as well as interacting with businessman Caito Maia, founder of Chilli Beans, who was part of the celebrity team of one of the editions of Balneário Trends. The space has also hosted Monja Coen Roshi, in an event that had registrations sold out within a few hours over the internet.
At the same time, BS Hall is already the reference of events that bear the mark of Balneário Shopping, such as Balneário Fashion Show – which attracts more than 1,000 people in 3 days of the event –, Balneário Trends, Balneário Beer Week, theme fairs and collection releases.
