Almeida Junior delivers respirators to hospitals in Blumenau

Almeida Junior delivered today (09/22) the ventilators purchased by the company in April and which will be donated to hospitals in the state. In Blumenau, 4 ventilators were delivered to hospitals Santa Isabel, Santa Catarina, Santo Antônio and Hospital Misericórdia Vila Itoupava, on behalf of the Neumarkt and Norte shopping malls.

The company’s CEO, Jaimes Almeida Junior, was personally at the Neumarkt where he made the delivery to the representatives of the city’s hospitals. “I usually say the shopping mall is a private facility with a public soul and this is an important demonstration of Almeida Junior’s social contribution to the Blumenau community,” said Almeida Junior.

“The ventilators came in good time and initiatives like this one from Almeida Junior benefit our hospitals in the region”, highlighted the President of Hospital Santa Catarina Board, Hans Martin Meyer.

Other 8 ventilators will be delivered to the cities of Balneário Camboriú, Joinville, Criciúma and São José throughout this and next week, benefiting a total of 11 hospitals in the state. The ventilators were imported from Germany and are of the Dräger Savina 300 model.

Nações Shopping will receive the first C&A store in southern Santa Catarina

The arrival of new operations in Almeida Junior’s malls demonstrates the chain’s strength in this moment of economical resumption. C&A is the next important operation to open a store at Nações Shopping, being the first in the south of the state of Santa Catarina. The store opens in November and will occupy an area of ​​1,400 m². It will bring the new concept of the chain, with cleaner and more intuitive environments and a new distribution of areas, aligned to each category of C&A products (female, male and child).

Since 2016, the company has been revitalizing its units based on the concept called CVP (Customer Value Proposition). C&A developed this concept in cooperation with more than 2 thousand customers from all regions of the country. Today, more than 150 of the approximately 290 stores have already been renovated.

The diversity and authenticity of the C&A brand will soon be available to residents of Criciúma and municipalities in the region. Customers will find a wide variety of clothing, shoes and accessories, from basic items to products with fashion information and customer profile.

Balneário Shopping will house the first Lindt of Santa Catarina

Lindt, a global leader in the premium chocolates segment, arrives in Santa Catarina through the Almeida Junior chain. The first store of the famous Swiss brand in the state will open its doors at the Balneário Shopping as of September, bringing a full and varied portfolio of Lindt chocolates carefully fabricated by the brand’s Maître Chocolatiers since 1845. The store, located in floor L1, will please everyone.

The opening of the 49th Lindt store is part of the 2020 expansion plan in Brazil, the year in which the brand completes 175 years in the world, 51 years of national presence, and six years since the inauguration of its first own store. “It is with great pleasure that we announce our arrival in Balneário do Camboriú, the first store in Santa Catarina.
