Interest conflicts

Total honesty and transparency must be used in situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of Almeida Junior or its customers, partners and shareholders. Whenever the situations transcribed below are applicable, they must be reported to the Ethics Council, which may approve or deny.

The hiring of relatives of Almeida Junior employees, competing companies, business partners or service providers, with whom there is a potential or real conflict of interest, may occur, as long as it is previously submitted for evaluation by the Ethics Council. 

 

All Almeida Junior employees must act with honesty, transparency and integrity. Gifts, entertainment and hospitality must not be given or received with the intention or for the purpose of improperly obtaining or directing business.
